MES Consultant Indianapolis, IN 12+ Months Contract Relevant Experience: 2-4 years Technical/Functional Skills Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biotech manufacturing processes and/or manufacturing systems Familiarity with MES systems such as Werum PAS-X, Syncade and Aspen Tech Experience Required Working knowledge of IT applications and/or hardware utilized within Pharma Manufacturing operations Knowledgeable of Parenteral Products manufacturing Working knowledge of IT Life Cycle management, IT Business Process Model, S95 model, LSEF, and other IT processes Excellent communication skills with strong command over written and spoken English Strong problem-solving, analytical, & process improvement skills Roles & Responsibilities Work in partnership with the Global IT team and site representatives to understand business needs and implement innovative solutions to add value to the site while maintaining computer systems in a validated state Identify and implement technical requirements resulting in appropriate technology, application, process, solution, and information solutions and continually grow depth in one or more technologies, tools, methodologies, and/or concepts Author new product recipe tickets or modify existing tickets as per business process change Participate in Business Review for updated/created tickets Evaluate and translate functional requirements into technical requirements Resolve challenging technical issues via break-fix testing, trouble tickets, and/or change requests Produce and maintain project documentation as required Exchange technical information with colleagues and onshore/offshore technical resources Support and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of end user training and/or procedures Assure technology deliverables adhere to company and regulatory policies Assure technology best practices include use of feedback and monitoring to enhance the state of control of delivered solutions Use standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construct, and test activities Modify existing systems or integrates packaged systems with existing infrastructure to meet business requirements Mentor others on the Analyst – IT - Technologist role Resolve incidents (TTs) and change requests (CRs) within committed service levels Collect relevant information required to resolve incidents raised by business partners or system users Generic Managerial Skills: Resource should be quick learner and self-driven; capable of working with client partners to meet strategic Objectives Education Bachelor Degree required. Master degree preferred.
